About AADL

The Ann Arbor District Library is a wonderful resource for Ann Arbor families. In addition to their extensive library of books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines, they also offer checkouts of musical instruments, tools, and much more. They also host family-friendly programming. Programming includes regular events like Baby Playgroup, Preschool Storytime, and Circle K Homework Help. They also offer special concerts, classes, craft, and science workshops. I definitely recommend that Ann Arbor families check out the programming offered by AADL.

The Traverwood Branch of AADL

The Traverwood Branch of AADL is located on Traverwood Drive in North Ann Arbor. The branch library opened in June 2008 replacing the old Northeast Branch.

The library design has won awards for it’s eco-friendly design. More information on the branch can be found on the library’s website.
