Make a print inspired by Japanese artwork from the University of Michigan Museum of Art’s (UMMA) collection. You’ll learn about printmaking processes, trace reproductions from the museum, and add personal touches in this workshop led by educators from UMMA. Bring your imagination!
After you make your own artwork, take it with you to the U-M Museum of Art (525 S. State Street). Visit the original inspiration in person and claim your Summer Game code!
For grades K-adult. Held in Secret Lab.
This event is part of Japan Week and is in partnership with the University of Michigan Center for Japanese Studies.
