During the COVID-19 quarantine, Fit4Mom is offering a Daily Mom & Me Workout at 10:30a on Facebook Live.
Each day has a different theme. They’ll announce the theme earlier in the morning along with some book recommendations. Check out their Facebook page to find the broadcast.
Want a longer workout? They are offering them virtually via Zoom live 2 evenings a week (or watch later on your own schedule). Subscribe to join in.
