You’ll stretch, move, shake, dance, and breathe in fun, energetic, and relaxing ways. Practice age appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, play yoga games, meditate, and practice mindfulness. Parents not required to attend, but are always welcome!

Full class session packages and drop-in classes are available. Advanced registration required. Sibling discounts available. Interested in other types of classes (with or without parents), times, age groups, private sessions, parties, or have any questions?
